Who we are

SafeCircle is made by Next Level Labs LLC, based in Florida, United States. SafeCircle is a child digital safety education app that teaches kids ages 6–14 how to stay safe online and gives parents tools to talk about it.

What information the app uses

To personalize the experience, SafeCircle keeps a small amount of information:

• Your child's first name and age
• The device type you select during setup
• Lesson progress, Safety Scores, streaks, and badges

All of it is stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. It is never transmitted anywhere — not to us, not to third parties. Deleting the app permanently deletes everything.

What we do NOT do

• No collection, transmission, or server storage of your data
• No accounts, emails, or passwords
• No analytics or tracking of any kind
• No advertising
• No selling or sharing of data — there is nothing to sell
• No knowing collection of personal information from children, as defined by COPPA

Children's privacy (COPPA)

SafeCircle is designed for families with children ages 6 to 14. Because the app is fully on-device, no personal information from children is collected, stored, or processed by Next Level Labs LLC.

Parents stay in control: you can review what's stored in the app at any time, and you can erase all of it instantly by deleting the app from the device.

Subscriptions & payments

Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play using their standard in-app purchase systems. Purchase receipts are managed by RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. Next Level Labs LLC never receives your payment card details.

Changes to this policy

If a future feature changes how data is handled — for example, optional cloud backup or monitoring features — we will update this policy first, and the app will ask for parental consent before any new data practice takes effect.
